All products and shipping rates are listed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping

All stock orders ship within 2-5 business days. Custom order hand planes take a little longer. Please let us know if you require something urgently – we love to help!

Free Shipping

Free Shipping applies to Australian customers / residents Only – A Flat Rate for shipping applies for international orders.

Payment 

Payments are processed via PayPal. Please note that shipping is calculated after you enter your details into PayPal.

Please note you may be responsible for any import taxes or duties on international orders. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or faulty. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange items unless they are faulty, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To undertake a refund please do the following:
  1. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email info@art-work.com.au to confirm whether your claim is eligible for return. Please attach a photograph demonstrating the damage or faulty area. Please note that as these are handmade items, minor imperfections are not classified as faults.
  2. We will email you to confirm and request you to post the item back to us.
  3. If your claim is approved, the return postage cost will be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days including your postage. 
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please follow the above refund instructions.
